Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this property management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must provide accurate and complete information
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities under your account

3. Payment Terms

Rent payments are due on the date specified in your lease agreement
Late fees apply as outlined in your lease after the grace period
Payment processing fees may apply based on payment method chosen
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Service request fees are non-refundable once work has been assigned

4. Service Requests

A $10 fee applies to each service request submitted
Emergency requests should be made by phone: (317) 992-3132
Service request photos should not exceed 5MB per image
Management reserves the right to assess additional charges for damages beyond normal wear

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
Upload malicious code or harmful content
Harass or abuse staff or other users

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use Stripe for payment processing and do not store your complete payment card or bank account numbers.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We may update these terms periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
